Just imagine what it could do for that undiagnosed pain in your a**.  Study participants practiced 75 minutes of yoga twice a week for 8 weeks and reported significant reductions in pain and associated symptoms as well as psychological benefits like feeling more accepting of their condition, more hopeful, and less helpless.
