Experienced Yogi


Multiple Class options for a multitude of skill levels.

These classes will consist of more challenging flows and bring students to the next level in their practice. Prior experience with yoga is highly recommended. For those who have been doing yoga, I offer a couple of options:

Yoga for All Skill Levels

  • These classes are appropriate for all levels.
  • Proper breathing is taught during these classes.
  • Appropriate for all levels.
  • Modifications offered throughout class to accommodate multiple levels.

Intermediate Level Yoga

  • Appropriate for those who have been doing Yoga and want a little more.
  • There will be a brisker pace than beginner’s yoga, and more poses covered during class.
  • Modifications will be available if needed.

Lunch Time Express Yoga

  • A forty-five minute class for those who want a shorter yoga class during lunch.
  • Appropriate for all levels. 
  • Modification offered throughout class to accommodate multiple levels.
  • Great for a group.
