How to Refresh Your Browser

A very short meditation

Close your eyes and shift your focus from
what you were looking at to what you can hear.

As you listen to the sounds around you, without judging
them or even identifying them, breathe deeply.

Then open your eyes and shift your focus back
to what you can see … now with fresh eyes.

You have refreshed your browser.
