Vibrational Healing through Humming
Hello and thank you for being a subscriber to my Better Day Yoga emails! I’m so very glad you’re here!
My last email talked about being a featured author in the collaborative book published by Brave Healer Productions called: The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care: 25 Tools for Transformation. This is Book Six in the bestselling book series!
The book became an international best-seller on Amazon! Woo-hoo! Each author provided a tool at the end of the chapters and are in the process of completing a webinar called “A Transformational Journey” based upon that tool. I completed my webinar on October 9th.

Sandy Krzyzanowski’s journey toward a more compassionate world began with her own path of healing. As a contributing author in the Amazon #1 bestselling book The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care: 25 Tools for Transformation, she shares her story in Chapter 5, “The Whys Matter: War Trauma Wisdom Heals Ancestral History.”
Growing up in a household shaped by her parents’ WWII trauma, Sandy found deep healing through trauma-informed yoga—and now guides others to release pain and restore peace through her transformational tool: Humming.
This simple yet powerful practice activates the vagus nerve, calms the body, and restores emotional balance. Come experience how humming can ease stress, lift your energy, and help you reconnect with inner calm.

Outstanding workshop that clearly explains how and why humming is an effective self-regulation tool to manage an activated nervous system. Sandy shares examples from her ancestry and her personal journey with humming. In addition, she offers easy, clear instruction and opportunities for practice of several humming techniques. You really get a taste of the experience of the effects of humming from attending. Downloadable resources are beautifully and thoughtfully created to guide the reader through humming practices. Overall, a very comprehensive overview and practice of this tool.
Also, the ancestral meditation is so good!

The session was so informative. I had no idea on how many tools and ways that we can use humming to help regulate our emotions and help heal. Thank you, Sandy, for this in-depth education, workshop, and experiential time with you. This was absolutely beautiful. I learned so many new tools 💗💗💗

And given the time of year and the thinning of the veil that connects us to our ancestors, please enjoy a clip of the Ancestor Meditation, here (Free):
In this meditation we’ll connect with our ancestors, those who carry wisdom and compassion, by releasing what no longer serves us and then we’ll be closing with a gentle humming practice. Remember, you don’t need to sing perfectly. Your hum is simply vibration. It’s a way to feel connection and support moving through you.
We hope you’ll find the material valuable. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly.
We have more classes coming up soon. If you’d like to work with Sandy further, you can access the Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra series on the Learn It Live platform. Also look out for her trauma-informed yoga classes coming 2026 on the platform as well. We hope to see you at the next one!
Best,
Sandy Krzyzanowski
